Love and Light

What a moon we’ve have this week. Pisces. Holy moly.

I’ve worked through something really powerful in the last few days. Something I would have shoved before. Instead, I’m seeing and celebrating. Way better.

I uncovered a piece of myself that was really hurting. Her M.O was to judge, criticize, berate, and condemn me in an effort to be seen and heard and loved. She’s been trying make me see her for a while now, years probably, and yesterday she finally got through. Reflected back to me through another person. Thank you, person. (It's a thank you now. There were other words at the time.) 

So I went to the ocean, and loved her up real good.  I made a commitment, from now on, to receive her with big love, compassion, forgiveness and light; because that’s what she was missing and that’s what she deserves. 

And when I got home, I received the most amazing message of love, reflected back to me through another person. (Only thank yous this time). This is how the Universe works.

You heal and then more love shows up. Heal, and then more love. Heal, love. Until there's no more healing to do and you're the Dalai Lama.
