For my very first blog post, I would like to raise your awareness to this idea of repeating themes.  These circumstances where something or someone keeps showing up in our lives over and over.  It could be anything from a number, the name of a book (most common theme in my life as I looooove books), a movie, a school of thought, a coffee shop, a new salsa club downtown.  Even within my PSYCH-K® practice, clients often present the same issue, or I have the same problem come up in repeated sessions. If something shows up  repeatedly in a short span of time, this is our cue to wake up and smell the roses.  There are such beautiful and amazing gifts in these messages from the universe and we're missing them all the time because like in Grade 9 algebra, we aren't paying attention!  Often we are too busy being busy to take notice, but once you start paying attention, you will find the most profound gifts, messages, insights, tools, and love in these divine deliveries. For me right now, it's owls.  Owls everywhere.  In my necklace, on a tank top I received as a gift, in a ring my server was wearing last night at dinner.  As I have now learned to pay attention to these 'coincidences', I have since learned that owls are a sign of intuitive wisdom, and represent the ability to see things that others may not. Also, they represent great change!  This has served as a beautiful reminder to trust my intuition and to lean into my growing spirituality.  The universe, angels, guides, your higher self, your intuition... whatever you want to call it.... will communicate these signs or messages in a way that you're going to most easily receive them.  So don't worry about being able to pay attention, just be aware and open and start to expect that something will show up.  When we get good at recognizing these gifts, they start to show up when we ask for them, which is SO much fun.  Ask and you shall receive, right!?
